An afternoon focused on understanding and navigating perimenopause and menopause. This workshop goes beyond just hot flashes and night sweats, offering a deeper dive into your changing body and mind. Led by licensed therapists, the interactive sessions will use creativity and self-reflection to help you explore and embrace your evolving role in life. You'll also connect with other women and gain valuable knowledge to empower yourself. The workshop concludes with a restorative yin yoga practice and sound bath led by Mia and Ash.
